Our first step is to detox your skin from tons of cosmetics that you might be applying. It’s almost like resetting your skin to “factory settings”. Let your skin with nothing on for one week to 20 days, and analyze how it behaves – rinse it with water only in the morning and at night. You’ll start noticing after one week the real character, and you are now ready to restart your skincare routine. Don’t forget to drink enough water to help the detox process.
